body clock

my body clock is officially screwed. i've grown so accustomed to sleeping late, dat when i went to bed b4 1am, i cudnt sleep. hence here i am at 2.41am. oh how i hate not being able to sleep. :(

not only are my sleeping habits screwed, so are my eating habits. i feel hungry ALL the time! even after i've had a super filling meal, i'd feel hungry an hour later. i seriously suspect i have a tape worm sumwhere in my intestines. which i suppose is not such a bad thing since i can eat wadever i want wifout worrying dat i'll put on weight, but its sapping me of my nutrients! not to mention dat its burning a hole in my pocket since im spending soo much $$ on food alone.

i hate it when im lying in bed trying to sleep and suddenly hunger pangs hit me! i brushed my teeth dy ok! so sien-nenning to have to wake up to find sumthing to eat then brush my teeth again. *glares at my nestum*

bah... i'll go lie on my bed n try to sleep again. :(

i nvr relli knew him. we spent all our lives in lodge and still i nvr relli got to know him. it was only in f4 n f5 dat we got to talk. coz i wud always go over to the science classes to visit my frens, n i forgot how, but we startd talking. he even invited me to go to his bdae party. but i din go, coz in f5 my mum had a rule about me being allowed to attend only 1 bdae party a mth and i chose to go to sum1 elses party. overall, we were nvr wad u wud call close frens.

but still, when i heard last nite that he had brain surgery, i was shocked. even now i dunno how to describe my feelings. i relli hope he'll be alright. if any of u readers pray, do pray for him. :)

at dis age, we're juz not ready for unfortunate events yet. i doubt we'll ever be, but things happen and every time things happen, we're forced to reassess our lives and relationships with the ppl around us.

its been along time since i've graced dis blog wif my pics huh? not to fear, here i am again! (pls withhold puke)

i did try to tone down my camwhoring, so there are LESS pics of me now. (note: less not NONE)actually its coz i accidentally deleted a few pics.

at 10sth, min yuen msged me to let me noe she was leaving her hse n on the way to pick me up. so i dragged my groggy self out of bed leapt out of bed and got ready to go. unfortunately, im always late, so min yuen had to wait awhile for me. (sorry!) then we proceeded to pick carole up.

u noe how fish skin sticks to the pan if the fish isnt cooked properly? how difficult it is to turn the fish over when the skin is stuck to the pan?

well, i had none of those problems today! the fish i fried was PERFECT! not a sliver of skin stuck to the wok (dat i took wifout permission from a hook in the kitchen. =p)!! i felt so proud of myself dat i nearly took a pic of the fish i fried. except dat i had lent karen my cam but i refrained myself. =p

i indulged myself today. (ok fine, i indulge myself shamelessly everyday! =p)i microwaved a glass of milk n melted a few chunks of choc into it. it was heavenly... *swoons* :D

last nite for the 1st time dis yr, i slept wifout aircond. i juz used the ceiling fan. n u noe wad? its oddly comforting. :) i was introduced to sleeping wif the ceiling fan (does dat sound wrong to u? -_-") last yr n slept like dat for a good portion of last yr. im re-discovering the joys of the ceiling fan! lolz~

i heard dat the singer got apprehended by ISA. so much for freedom of speech. :)

recently, there was a case about a teenager(12) who murdered his tuition teachers daughter(13). he got away wif it scot free. read more about it here. (im a crappy law student, i juz found out bout dis case today. -_-") the stupid strange thing about dis case is dat he was convicted of the crime, but no sentence was passed. in other words, he was found guilty of the crime, but is not being punished for it AT ALL. so does this mean that 12 year olds may go around murdering ppl coz they wont be punished??? *sigh* true, the boy did spend 5 years in prison waiting for trial, but surely a sentence is still necessary for precedent cases rite? i dunno la, i juz hope i've got my facts rite. :)

class was at 9 dis morning, but i tot it was at 8, so i woke at 7am. wasting a whole hour of sleep!!! at 8am, i left my hse n rushed to college, tinking dat i was late. only to reach class n see dat noone was inside. -_-" still tinking dat i was late, n dat they had changed class sumwhere else, i tried to call flo. when she din ans, i msged her but still no reply. then luckily wei yee came in. she was surprised to see me so early. n it was only when i spoke to her dat i realised dat i was super early. (nearly an hr early ok!) omggg... how cud i be sooo blur!!!

dis afternoon, i took an afternoon nap. one of my 1st dis yr! coz usually i cant sleep in the afternoons. but i guess i muz have been relli tired. last yr i used to take afternoon naps quite often coz the ppl around me did dat n since there was no internet or tv, there was relli nth to do besides sleep too. but last yr was different.

i've been trying to video stream "the doll master" (jap horror movie) since 12pm n until now, i cant manage to get the whole movie coz it keeps streaming halfway then jamming. then i have to refresh the page again n again. *sigh* im kinda proud of myself for watching it tho, coz im usually a huge coward when it comes to horror films, but im always curious bout the storyline. i rmbr in f5, i used to get jill to tell me the storylines of the horror flicks she watched. hehe~
