i finally managed to transfer the pics from last nite :D

this is the lamb leg i was put in charge of!

so much fat hor!
the health conscious part of me felt so scandalised! haha~

so i tried to get rid of as much fat as possible.

actually i wanted to take more, but i didnt really like my sis's cam so i stopped at 2 pics =p

after liposuction!
i initially wanted to get rid of more fat, but it suddenly occured to me that the meat mite become to dry if i got rid of all the fat. err... will it???

then it was time to prepare the marinade...

guess what i saw on a table in my living room!

my special concoction!

i poured and massged it onto the meat, then i wrapped it up in cling wrap.

then i left it alone ...

a few hours later i took off the cling wrap and wrapped it up in aluminium foil and chucked it into the oven for a few more hours.

i forgot to take anymore pics until it was carving time!




cherie's old cam sucks, so i hope the quantity will make up for the quality of the pics! =p
