firstly, let me clarify that i did all i could to install the drivers myself. plus i asked several of my kononnya tech-savvy guys to walk me through the process online. and each of them got stumped like me. so dont any of u try to act all high and mighty like those previously stumped guys did. as if im not frustrated enough without your inflated egos to boot!

maybe i did not state earlier about how i installed drivers from the webcam's own website and from the disk provided (separately ofcourse), but my laptop still could not detect the webcam. thus leading certain egos to believe that the problem was straightforward and thus easily solved. for this, i apologise.

the idiot in charge of my laptop didnt manage to finish the job yesterday and called in sick today. so i still dont have my laptop *blardy pissed off -do not further aggravate!*
