i rarely browse there, but i did today and i found this blog.

its really interesting to read the story of expats in Malaysia. to view my country through their eyes, especially when they've just newly arrived!

im supposed to be doing my case commentary now, but every time i switch to my assignment, i immediately start feeling restless.

judgment.

i try not to judge. really i do.

but the bad thing about not judging people is that u begin to accept all kinds of behavior. you give people allowances that maybe you shouldn't have.

i dont do certain things and i dont judge others for doing them.

but maybe i should?

am i not condoning this behavior if i allow it to happen unfettered?

empathy.

sometimes i wish i didnt have it.

because sometimes its kinder to be cruel.
