instead, we'll look at the 1st batch of pics i took in kuching!

the 1st saturday that i got back, my family n i went to ten ichi.
(its a jap restaurant in kch)

the food was so-so but i really hated that they put wasabi in my sushi.
oh in case u didnt catch on, i repeat that i hate wasabi.

i put a delicious looking salmon sushi in my mouth and started to chew. suddenly my senses were assaulted by a strong urine like stench. wasabi. shit.
that kinda ruined the whole eating experience for me :(

plus, the waitresses there really suck.
we asked a waitress a question and she didnt know the answer, but she gave us a confused look then backed away. we thought she was going to ask someone who knew, but no, she just pretended nothing happened after that. (???!!!)
after this happened several times, with different waitresses, we gave up and stopped asking.

so i dont think im going back to ten ichi coz the food is only so-so, the service sucks and its more expensive then sushi king.

after dinner, my parents decided to indulge the chump so we stopped by "scoops" on the way home.





then bernie rang up and asked if i was up for supper. hello, ure talking to the glutton of the century. ofcourse im up for supper! wtf

he brought us to this quaint place called "jase's tea room".
its a very english-ly decorated place at avenue 101.


the dark semi-transparent area on the left is really a string curtain. edine wanted to camwhore there, but she was too late =p

after supper, we stood around in the mist making plans for world domination for a long time before finally heading home :D
