island cafe

hey hey, im gonna do an UN-advertorial today. wads dat? well, stick around n u'll find out!

after class, min yuen, carole, jia xin, caroline, wai ping n i went to island cafe for lunch.

island cafe is located in ss2
its really dark, as if they want to save on their electricity bill or something.


dis is my mushroom spaghetti
it doesnt even taste like spaghetti.
i had to force myself to finish the whole thing. *gag* (muz finish la, expensive u noe!)

wad other gripes did i have about the place?
-at the volume dat most clubs would use, the music was too damn loud. we were the only ones in the place, but still we had to shout to ach other to be heard.
-the waitress dat served us did not noe a word of english. i asked her to turn down the volume and she juz gave me a blank look b4 shuffling off. besides dat we had severe communication problems in asking her about the drinks eventho croline spoke in mandarin to her. im beginning to suspect dat she not only has problems wif english, but she doesnt understand mandarin and cantonese as well. btw, she's chinese. maybe we shud try talking to her in BM. -_-"
-the food selection is comparatively pricy and for a picky person like me, there's nothing appetizing on the menu.
-the waitresses have a major attitude problem. when they dun understand wad we say to them, they will exchange b*tchy glances with each other and glare at us as if its our fault for their limited mental capacity.

dats all i can tink of for now. :)
if u wanna experience the wonders of a nightmarish lunch, by all means, do stop by island cafe. :D

after lunch, we went to 1u and camwhored a bit (by my standards, its a bit) in forever21.

ya la, i noe bell bottoms are SO out.
but who cares!

then i got pulled into the dressing room and was molested by carole n jia xin made to try on a thing or two.



i liked dat top... but wad to do, i cant afford stuff in forever21... :(
but even if i did, i dont find it worth it to buy branded things coz there's a higher chance of someone wearing the same thing. *convinces self*

after 1u, we rushed back to kdu coz i had cha-cha lessons.
and now, here i am. :D

i have reverted back to my normal way of uploading my pics directly from my cam's memory card coz im too lazy to edit them all n also so dat i can be seen in all my narcissistic glory the pics r bigger too. :D
