packing t-shirts n handling parents :D

i went to work today. (oh.. dat sounds so cool! i went to work, i went to work, i went to work... *sakai*)

LOL~

actually, all i did was pack t-shirts. but still its something!!! and the bosses are kinda cute ;)

for my efforts, i received $40!!! i noe its not much to some, but for my one and only previous job, all i received was $3 per-hour waitressing. so dis is damn good dy ok! to get $40, i'd have to work for over *takes out calculator*... 13 hours!!!
*happy grin*

and im working tml again. after class, at 12. hopefully, i'll get another $40!

initially, i contemplated whether r not to tell my parents about dis part-time thing, but i decided to be transparent with them. mana tahu, they started scolding me n telling me how unsafe it was and dat i better study instead or work and yada yada. i do not deny the truth in their words, but i trust my own judgement (however bad it may be...) too. my dad was soo worried, he kept calling and made me promise not to go. -_-" at dat point i relli regretted being so transparent wif my parents -altho i believe dat its best to be transparent wif my parents coz it beats hiding things n dat they can help u out n stuff. :)

then the nxt day, i went anyway. =p and when my mum msged me to ask whether i went to work or not, i sed yes. n told her i was having free lunch. =p surprisingly, she din get mad at me. (see, being transparent wif ur parents helps!) i tink its coz she was happy dat at least i was honest wif her n she din relli expect me to listen to her or my dad anyway. (yes, i can be rather disobedient)

so now i dun regret telling her after all! but i did warn her dat if she keeps snitching on me to my dad, i'll stop telling her stuff. =p
oh how i love my parents! *feels warm n happy*
