silly crushes

i was planning to stay home today, but karen n resh managed to entice me into going to 1u wif them. so we went to chillies and then starbucks. we camwhored like crazy in starbucks. i'll upload the pics tml if possible. :D

oh ya, im no longer going to planet hollywood on the 27th, but maison's still on. :D

i juz watched "30 hari mencari cinta" in karen's room. it suddenly hit me, how much happier i was b4 i had any relationships. how i miss the feeling of having crushes, secretly admiring hot guys... (when ure a girl in form 1 or 2, practically every single guy in form 4 or 5 will look attractive. -_-") and the feeling of euphoria one gets from seeing the one u admire.

seriously, just SEEING the guy of ur affections wud make ur stomach flutter. and how ur eyes wud follow him across the room... remembering every detail dat u can about him... *sigh* all that innocent high school infatuation.

i suppose we all become a lil jaded with time. the "fluttering in the stomach" feeling becomes rare... the hopeless infatuation fades. all dat becomes reminiscence of adolescence.

before one has ever had a relationship, one looks at "love" with wide eyes, wondering wad it feels like to love and be loved, the feeling of belonging, security, comfort and wad not. one may be aware of the problems dat may arise in relationships, but will choose to ignore it and convince themselves dat "having loved and lost is better than having never loved before".

but after having had a relationship and experiencing all the problems that relationships have to offer, i wonder if everyone still feels dat way. dont u ever wish dat u still looked at relationships with the same naivete and curiosity as when you were younger?

i know i do. i miss the feeling of having a silly crush. :D
